Befrienders India's National Suicide Prevention Conference hosted by Sneha

Just returned from a fabulous three days of sharing and bonding with fellow volunteers of the Befriending moment which started almost 60 years ago and spans several continents with 455 centers worldwide of which Aasra is a prominent and integral member. The venue for the event was the enchanting 'Green Coconut Resoprt' ECR, Chennai. The conference was hosted by Sneha center Chennai from 23rd to 25th September and included centers from accross the country as well as from Sri Lanka. Aasra volunteers Johnson(Director) , Reena and Nita conducted an interactive workshop on 'Volunteer Ethics'
