Befrienders India ECM & AGM notice

I informed you in my e-mail dated 1st August, 2011 about conducting ECM and AGM at Chennai conference. In furtherence of the notice of the said meetings I am forwarding herewith the formal notice of AGM and ECM with details agendas. Since the mail for meetings were sent on 1st August, there has been sufficient notice but incase if it is felt that notice is not sent earlier than the delay may be pardoned. There is also suggestion from sum that we may also create further post of office bearers namely Vice President, Joint Secretary.
