Befrienders India Conference update

Dear All, We welcome you all to 15th Befrienders India Conference hosted by Sneha at Chennai from the 23rd September 2011 to 25th September 2011. The conference will be held at the Green Coconut Resort 58/1 East Coast Road, Muttukadu, Kanchipuram Dist - 603 112 . Website http://www.greencoconutresort.com The conference venue is situated on the 15th Kilometer from Adyar on the East Coast Road which connects to Mahabalipuram and Pondicherry. The venue is surrounded by holiday resorts and picnic spots. We have worked out special subsidised rates for all the delegates. The venue is 25 Kms from the Central Railway Station and 20 kms from the Airport. We have made arrangements for pick up of all the delegates from the Central Railway Station and Airport. The conference fee is Rs. 4000/- (on double occupancy) from 23.09.2011 (Friday) Morning to 25.09.2011(Sunday) Afternoon). Each centre will be given three bursaries free of cost. All others have to pay Rs. 4000/- per person. Delegates needing single occupancy need to pay Rs.5000/- as conference fees. Please inform us immediately if you require single occupancy. The conference fees has to be paid to Sneha and it can be paid by Cash or by DD in favour of Sneha Foundation Trust only. In addition Delegates who wish to come early (before 23.09.2011morning) or stay late (after 25.09.2011afternoon) have to pay Rs.1200/ (for one night stay with Dinner) .
